The silent magic of the stones...

I cannot even recall when I last wrote on my travel blog...

I thought I will be typing more words, but then...

I let the stones do their magic and allow the waters, 

the light and shadows draw from you - your deepest thoughts...

I let nature speak...sometimes, there's nothing much to say...but more to feel...

Today, I didn't feel well. I was struggling to keep my eyes open as I sat at the coffee shop - reading very interesting materials for a potential consultancy engagement. So, I decided to walk home, passing by a beautiful small park which was teeming with kids on one end at the children's playground. I walked inside the park to claim my right to be refreshed by the green grass and the majestic acacia trees. Last week I was in a very exciting and relaxing journey – a 3-day 2 night trek with a 24 year old guide and my hubby in Luang Prabang, Laos. Go out and Visit TRADE FAIRS - Why?

Yesterday, while so many of us were waiting for the presidential debate to start, I was in the Manila FAME's boutique edition where Philippine products such as furniture and home furnishings, holiday gifts and decor, and fashion accessories are exhibited - mainly to match trade buyers to our exporters.  On the Manila FAME's website, one will read: "Crafted in the Philippines, for the World." (http://www.manilafame.com/en/index.php) I usually visit trade fairs when I have time. I always feel proud when I see Philippine made products that are so beautifully designed and crafted.  As a writer of poems, reflections and travel blogs, I am inspired by what I see, touch, and even taste (from a food fair).
